I teamed up the September Paper Pumpkin with the adorable “Halloween Night” Specialty Designer paper. Use the paper as a background and add a few banners and you’ve got a great start to a quick -n- cute card.

I added the little striped banner from the Paper Pumpkin kit along with the tag which completes are card.
