A Little Tag, a Lot of Joy: Easy Handmade Touches for Christmas Giving

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Have you ever wrapped a gift and felt it needed just one more little touch? Something pretty, personal, and made with love? That’s where a handmade tag can work its Christmas magic! November’s Tags of Joy Paper Pumpkin kit adds that thoughtful finishing touch while giving you a relaxing reason to sit down and stamp before the holiday hustle begins.

I love a project that makes something ordinary feel special, and these tags do just that. Picture one tied onto a simple gift bag, a plate of Christmas cookies, or a carefully chosen present. A little gold shimmer and a handmade greeting can make even the simplest packaging feel festive!

What’s tucked inside Tags of Joy?

This kit includes supplies to create 12 Christmas gift tags, four each of three designs, featuring:

  • Precut tags and paper pieces to make assembly easy.
  • Gold foil on every tag for a beautiful holiday shine.
  • Green twine to finish your tags.
  • A Cherry Cobbler Stampin’ Spot for your stamping.

The coordinating palette brings together Cherry Cobbler, Crushed Curry, gold, Mossy Meadow, Old Olive, and Real Red. Those rich reds, lovely greens, and touches of gold have such a classic Christmas feel!

Less preparation means more time to enjoy creating

If you’re new to Paper Pumpkin, it’s a monthly crafting subscription from Stampin’ Up! that delivers coordinated projects to your door. Kits include stamps, an ink spot, paper pieces, embellishments, adhesives, and step-by-step instructions. Your first kit also includes an acrylic stamp block, and video instructions offer another way to follow along.

That means you can spend your creative time stamping and assembling instead of deciding which supplies go together. Beginners have guidance to get started, while experienced stampers can enjoy an easy project between more involved creations. And once the projects are finished, the stamps and ink can keep working in your craft room!

Ready for a little Christmas creativity?

The subscription window for Tags of Joy is October 11 through November 10. If this looks like your kind of holiday fun, visit my Stampin’ Up! website and choose Paper Pumpkin to subscribe by November 10.

Thank you for stopping by today ~

Oh What Fun!

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

This month I am making Christmas cards with my groups and we are using the “Oh What Fun” stamp set, so today I’d like to share with you the post from Stampin’ Up!s Get Inspired by blog …

You know when you make a project and you love it SO much you just have to stare at it a lot and show it to everyone and admire it for days? That was me with the Oh What Fun Tag Project Kit (item 139602)!

Just last week I cracked open this kit for the first time and fell completely in love. Here’s the thing. I knew that the kit would have all the precut consumables to make 30 tags . . . but what surprised me were all the gorgeous details, how much fun I had, and how I loved them so much that I needed them out on my desk for days.

You can put these tags together however you want. I changed up the stamping a little since I wanted most of my tags to say “to/from” on the front. The images in the coordinating Oh What Fun Stamp Set (item 140386) were perfect! I used them on all the tags.

And as if all this cuteness wasn’t enough, this kit is on a great deal too! Grab your own and before you know it you’ll be falling in love with your own set of Oh What Fun handmade tags.

Happy Stamping,
Brandi B. Curriculum Developer & Trainer

I hope you enjoyed these tags as much as I did. Thanks to Brandi for the great samples.

Have an awesome day ~
