Hello Stampin’ Friends ~
Just a quick post to let you know about the Sale-A-Bration Second Release …
I’ll be honest, I’m having a hard time keeping up with my blog posts. Yesterday we moved my sister Eileen into Hospice, it’s been a long hard fight. She fought her cancer even as we lost our Mom only a year ago. I have no words except that I have been blessed to have such a loving and amazing sister. When it comes to my stamping business … she is the wind beneath my wings. We did everything together.
Eileen is on left … sisters by birth, best friends by choice ❤ We are on our patio here relaxing a bit on the Mexican Riviera Incentive trip. I’ve never noticed till now that we were “twinning” in our “Pool Party” colored shirts. I am off of work today so I can sit with her… she was always there for me.
She loved making cards, and we both agree that the catalogs just keep getting better and better. Here is one of the beautiful new stamp sets in the second release Sale-a-bration catalog …
The All Adorned Photopolymer Stamp Set … it’s perfect for creating backgrounds, focal points and more with these graceful designs. Here is another sample created with the All Adorned stamp set.
Thank you for joining me today and for letting me share a little part of what has kept me a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator for almost 19 years. We have beautiful memories of all the amazing places we’ve gone to, and all the beautiful people we have met. It’s an wonderful journey and I am so blessed and grateful to have shared this with my sister Eileen.
Have a wonderful day … and call your best friend ❤

I’m so sorry to hear of the passing of your sister, Eileen. My sympathies go out to you and the entire family. You don’t know me, but I follow your blog all the time. I’m part of Dawn Olcheske’s STARS group, which I know you know who she is. Start creating cards again …. that is therapy. Time heals but doesn’t go away completely. I know that. Keep your faith, keep strong and feel the warmth of her soul with you all the time.
Thank you so much for your words of support, they are appreciated. I do know who Dawn is … and so did Eileen, she followed Dawn 🙂 She’s been a demonstrator twice, the last time she signed up they said there were no active cancer cells … 4 weeks later, bad news from which she did not recover. I am beginning to stamp again, it truly is therapy and it was the key that brought us so close the past 20 years ❤ We've been on this amazing journey together and we have reflected upon all the wonderful places we've gone and the amazing people we have met. It's been a blessing.
Love and hugs to both you and Eileen. Always in our thoughts and prayers. Spend your time with her. We are all here supporting you from behind the scenes!!!
Thank you for the hugs and prayers Cindy ❤ We know you ladies have always supported us both, in many ways and for this we are grateful.
Linda, though I already have a demonstrator, I have been following your blog for a few years and have really enjoyed reading it everyday and getting inspired by you. Hearing today of your sister, really touched me…I too am caring for my sister who is losing mobility caused by a benign tumor pressing against her spinal cord…although her tumor is not cancerous and she is not terminal, it is taking it’s toll on her and changing her life…so, I do know how it feels to watch your sister/best friend go through such pain…So, be with her, and don’t worry about anything else.
Sandra, thank you for your compassion and kind words. I will be by Eileen’s side each day ❤ and I'll pray for your sister too… you never know when a miracle can occur.
Praying for peace and comfort for you and your family. Sending hugs. Lynne
Thank you so much Lynne for you kind words & prayers ❤
My prayers are with Eileen and you. Eileen is a very special lady! I have many memories of all the stamping events I’ve attended with her. Oh, and she’s a great cook. All those wonderful meals she prepared at retreat. I continue to make some of her recipes. I hold many special memories which will always be close to my heart. Again, my prayers are with Eileen and you.
Thank you so much Kathy ❤ The friendships built through our events and retreats are close to our hearts as well … so many beautiful memories and friendships.
Keeping you and your family in my prayers. Spend as much time as you can with your sister! Hugs!
Thank you Cherie for the prayers ❤ I will remain by her side, as she was for me all these years.
Forget Stampin up, spend all your time with your sister!
