🌷 Wishing You a Beautiful & Blessed Easter 🌷

I hope your Easter Sunday is filled with joy, peace, and a little time to enjoy the beauty of the season—whether that’s with family, a quiet moment of reflection, or a bit of creativity in your craft space. Today I’m sharing two sweet projects that celebrate everything we love about spring… soft colors, fresh blooms, and a touch of whimsy.

This card is such a lovely way to welcome the season! While the Easter Basket Dies used here are now retired, the design itself is timeless and easy to recreate with similar shapes and dies you may already have in your collection.

One of my favorite details on this card is the embossed background—instead of running the cardstock straight through the embossing folder, I angled it slightly. This simple little twist creates a completely different look, adding movement and visual interest without any extra supplies. It’s a great reminder that sometimes all it takes is a small change to spark new creativity!

The soft florals (those adorable daffodils and one of the main reasons I purchased this bundle) tucked into the basket, paired with those adorable little ladybugs, bring this card to life in such a cheerful way. It’s the perfect combination of sweet and simple.

Now let’s talk about this little basket… isn’t it just the cutest? This project was created using two basket die cuts, along with a small handmade box tucked inside to hold all the goodies.

I love how the layered strips give it that woven basket look, and the soft pastel accents make it feel perfectly springy. Add a sweet bow to the handle and fill it with chocolates or small treats, and you’ve got a thoughtful handmade gift that’s sure to bring a smile.

This is a wonderful project for:

  • Easter place settings
  • Small gifts for friends or grandchildren
  • Craft fairs or party favors for Spring!

And the best part? You can easily customize the colors and embellishments to fit any occasion beyond Easter.

Just a Few More Retreat Highlights: Pillow Gifts & Special Moments

Our Fall/Holiday Stamping Retreat was packed with fun, creativity, and festive surprises! One of my favorite parts of hosting these retreats is spoiling my guests with thoughtful pillow gifts. Each one is designed to bring a little extra joy and sparkle to their retreat experience—and this time was no different.

Friday night set the tone for a cozy, magical weekend. Guests were welcomed with a special holiday-themed mug, perfect for a warm drink at our Hot Cocoa Bar! Alongside the steaming cocoa, they indulged in delicious holiday treats and pralines—a sweet touch to enjoy after stamping, and just relaxing.

Saturday night’s gift was practical, elegant, and oh-so-fun! Each guest received one of my favorite tools—the versatile Paper Snips, tucked into a stunning royal blue velvet bag. To add a festive touch, we included a cute holiday necklace that doubles as a scissor holder. Now, they’ll never lose track of their snips while crafting! The velvet bag is a keeper, too—it’s perfect for jewelry, small keepsakes, or even as a thoughtful regift for someone special.

Our retreats are more than just crafting weekends—they’re opportunities to connect, laugh, and make lasting memories. It’s heartwarming to see returning guests catching up like old friends and new guests quickly becoming part of our retreat family.

“A Season of Reflection and Gratitude: A Message This Christmas”

Merry Christmas Stampin’ Friends,

On this Christmas Eve I write to you as you may have noticed my absence over the past few days, and I wanted to take a moment to share a glimpse of why these days have been incredibly precious to me.

This year has been marked by a profound loss for my family. In October, we said goodbye to my great grandson, Armani. His departure left a void that seemed insurmountable. But amidst this heartache, something beautiful emerged—our family grew closer, drawing strength from each other in a way we hadn’t before. (I was helping him put his Christmas presents together last year).

The past few days and during Christmas are about cherishing every moment with my family. We’ve held each other a little tighter, laughed a little louder, and found solace in being together during this holiday season. That little boys love touched so many. 

In the midst of this personal journey, I’ve been profoundly moved by the unwavering support you’ve shown me, both personally and in my stamping business. Your kindness, messages of encouragement, and understanding during this time have meant the world to me. Your support has been a source of comfort, and I’m deeply grateful for each and every one of you who has been there for me.

From the depths of my heart, I wish you a blessed Christmas. May the holiday be filled with warmth, peace, and the joy of being surrounded by those you hold dear.
