These two weren’t made to go together but they sure make a great pair. I thought I’d start out with the Heart Punch Pack that can be found in the Annual Catalog … perfect for Valentines day. It’s a great time to tell a friend how much you care about them ❤

Let me share a fun technique I used for my card … See the “big polka dots” paper just above us? Yep … I punch my hearts from the Designer paper and then stamped my greeting onto it. You can get the Paper Blooms Designer Paper FREE when you make a purchase of $50 from either the Annual or Mini Catalogs.

The base of my card is Soft Seafoam and my greeting was stamped in Night of Navy which coordinates with the colors in our designer series paper.

Don’t you think that the font of my greeting fits perfectly with the whimsical pattern of our designer paper. I used the Old World Map embossing folder to add a bit more texture and completed my card with the White Polka Dot Tulle ribbon. I think this turned out just so stinkin’ cute!!

Birthday Party …

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

From Hearts to Ice Cream Cones but still playing with the Punch Party Stamp set. This time I’m using the Ice Cream Corner Designer Paper from the Ice Cream Corner Suite on pages 48 and 49 in the Jan-June Mini Catalog.

I love the splash of color you get from all the Ice Cream cones on this designer paper … there are so many cute patterns, I’ll be sure to share more with you. The greeting is stamped in Bermuda Bay and punched out Double Oval punches; they are one of the “punch” sets that this stamp set was designed to use.

I brought out the Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon from our annual catalog …

The Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon brings out the little “dots” sprinkled around the cones on the paper. They also highlight the Ice Cream Corner Sprinkles that I glued onto my greeting.

The greeting was popped up with dimensionals …

The 8-1/2″ x 5-1/2″ card base is Bermuda Bay, and the designer paper is cut at 5-1/4″ x 4″ to allow an nice border around it. I just used left overs to stamp the greeting on and then punched it out. This was one of the fun cards I demonstrated during my Mini Catalog & Sale-a-bration Launch party … I have more to come, especially with the Ice Cream Corner Suite – it’s colorful, fun and tasty enough to eat!!

I hope you enjoyed today’s card, feel free to Like or Comment!

Have a wonderful day ~

Happy Hearts Card …

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Today I have two techniques in one card for you; the Chalkboard technique and the “Coloring Embossed Images” … and together they just pop off the page! This is the card I created for my technique Tuesday LIVE last night, but I have a surprise … I have the other card that I suggested on the video! I am using the PUNCH PARTY stamp set again.

Kick back for a moment and watch the video (only about 20-25minutes) …

Such fun and easy techniques that together really make the card pop. The second card that you see is using the technique of coloring the “mat” multiple colors … I think it turned out pretty good. I just ran the Stampin’ Blends around the edge of the mat and then I ran the “Color Lifter” over it all to lighten and blend the colors together better.

Before placing the heart down onto the card, I wrapped some of the Bakers Twine from the “Snailed It” suite just to added a little extra texture and fun to the card. I really do like how the multicolored “mat” turned out… it draws your eye all around the card!

I hope you enjoyed today’s technique share and that you give it a try! It really is as easy as it looks, and you end up with a colorful FUN Card!

Thank you so much for joining me today, I’d love to hear what you think about these two techniques.

Have yourself a day that “makes your heart happy” ~

I’m back with a “Heart” …

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

I am back today with a sweet card I made during my “Catalogs Launch” Party this weekend. I’d like to THANK all of you who joined me, I had an amazing weekend connecting with you again. And … Bingo was a blast!!

My card today was designed from the “Punch Party” stamp set. This exclusive stamp set is available to Hostesses who have a $300 in party sales / or self purchase and is only available thru the end of February. I do Facebook parties and can set up a private group for you and your friends! Then I will do LIVE demonstrations of products, plus you’ll see new products and videos and … GAMES!! In other words, I do the work … you and your guests have the fun. Plus during Sale-a-bation: You can all get FREE Products!

Let me know if you are interested in doing a Facebook Stampin’ Party…. I’m ready when you are 🙂

Now, let’s get back to our card. Just got a little excited again thinking about another party!

The designer paper here is the TRUE LOVE Designer Paper from the Love You Always Suite found on page 11 of the Jan-June Mini Catalog … each piece is 2″ x 5-1/4″. I added a 3/4″ x 5-1/4″ piece of Basic Black to finish off the edge between the two pieces and to make the greeting “POP” once in place.

The greeting was stamped twice with Momento Ink on our Basic White cardstock and then cut out using the dies from the Tasteful Labels Dies … they actually compliment the stamp set well.

I colored the heart and the edge of the stamped image with the Dark Pink Pirouette Stampin’ Blend … the heart was popped up, and the entire greeting was adorned with the Pastel Pearls to anchor the design. This all adds just the right amount of dimension and texture to the card.

Was a great time sharing all the different suites, papers and stamp sets with everyone this past weekend. You will get so see some of the cards created in the up coming days.

Thank you so much for coming back to visit after my absence. You’ll be pleased with the upcoming projects.

Have an amazing day ~
