Gettin’ Punchy with the Fun Cut Pattern Cards

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Are you ready for some more fun cards? I’m getting punchy with the Fun Cut pattern and Dandy Designs paper I shared with you yesterday. I thought I’d share some cute cards you can recreate right away by using punches you have in your stamp room. I also added the Organdy Glitter ribbon and Iridescent Rhinestones.

Let’s take a look! Today I’m using the paper with with the Fresh Freesia and the Petal Pink. We’ll start out with the Heart Punch Pack. I punched the solid heart from the designer paper and the Scalloped Heart in Basic White cardstock.

So you’ll see the same layouts as yesterday, just my new colors and I’m highlighting the Peaceful Moments stamp set … I’m using this for my greetings on all 4 of the cards. Here you will also see the Stitched with Whimsy dies which adds texture and this cute pattern of stitching which really frames your greeting. Both the greeting and the hearts are popped up with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

My second card features the Label Me Lovely punch …

This sweet and simple card also showcase a bit of bling with the Iridescent Rhinestones and White Organdy Glitter Ribbon … WOW these go together really nicely! I tied my bow “first” and then attached it to the ribbon with a Mini Glue Dot.

The third card … there she is, our Medium Daisy Punch!

Once you get your Dandy Designs paper cut and laid out onto your card mat, you can really whip out a whole stack of cards. I just added a simple banner with my Daisy and then added a few Iridescent Rhinestones.

For my last card I kept it really simple, and sorry, but on punch …

Again I brought in the Stitched Whimsy Dies, Organdy Glitter Ribbon and Iridescent Rhinestones. This pattern, a great sentiment set and a few items you have in your stamp room will create wonderful cards to share and bring joy to a friend or family member.

I want to thank you for joining me today. Have an awesome Thursday …

the weekend is almost here!

Here is our supply list for today’s card ….

Getting Punchy ….

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Today I want to share some of my favorite punches and the card samples created from them. Let’s get started right away with the Heart Punch Pack …

There are two hearts in this pack … your initial heart and then a scallop punch to mat or create some extra drama! Let’s take a look at another one, and another trio of hearts. I must like this layout … lol.

One more “Heart” …. Ok two more!! I embossed the background and then punched out the heart. The negative was turned into a Shaker Card and the other was matted with the scallop heart.

Now for one of my “go to” punches for creating quick cards is the Daisy punch. So very versatile for any occasion. Let’s take a look …

You can see another card & full post by clicking Here!

Here are a selection of cards that highlight the Daisy Punch while I used different backgrounds to create some fun cards.

You can always cluster your daisy with other flowers to create a bouquet ….

These are just 2 of the many punches on sale right now, and fun shapes that Stampin’ Up! offers. I love the simplicity of a punch which makes cardmaking so quick and easy … just add paper!

I’m glad you stopped by today and got to check out these cute cards you can create with our punches … again, so many more to choose from.

Have a good day ~

Simply Sunday: Punched Hearts

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Today we’re gettin’ a little punchy as we get ready for Valentines Day. A simple punched card is easy to make and turns out so cute. I used 4 different patterns from the Pattern Party Designer paper for my hearts and background … you’ve seen me use this several times in the past week.

Once I punched my designer paper hearts I used the scalloped heart punch to mat my hearts in Basic Black and really make my colors pop…. these two punches are sold together. The small polka dot designer paper is the backdrop for the entire card.

The greeting comes from the Lovely You stamp set from our Annual Catalog. Once I stamped my greeting, I fussy cut it, added a black mat and cut that as well.

All of these goodies I used for this card can be found in the annual catalog … even the cute little Pastel Pearls. The pull the Flirty Flamingo color out and compliment the Granny Apple Green hearts. Such an easy card to make but ohhhh so cute! Send it to cheer up a friend or to say Happy Valentines Day.

Thank you for taking time out of your Sunday to join me.

Have a wonderful day ~

It’s “Meerly” Irresistible ….

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Sale-A-Bration is a great time to gather for a fun night of stamping. I’ll prepare a couple of projects using Annual catalog, Mini catalog and / or Sale-A-Bration products and help your friends “escape” from their reality for a few hours.

The Gang’s All Meer Stamp Set is a fun one to bring out the smiles and you can show its versatility with our projects here. To create a darling valentine, Stampin’ Up! paired the set with From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper, the Heart Punch Pack, and the Stitched Be Mine Dies.

The beautiful For You card shows the opportunity to pair sentiments with embellishments, in this case, the Peaceful Poppies Elements. And on the cute birthday box, Stampin’ Up! combined the stamp set with the Bonanza Dies.

Gathering your friends together for a fun afternoon or evening is the best “escape” that I can imagine.  I’ll bring along some fun Make & Takes along with plenty of other samples to share from the NEW Spring Mini and the Sale-a-bration catalogs.

If you are interested just email me at lindaluvs2stamp@aol.com or leave me a comment below and I will contact you to set up your fun stamping party.

Thank you for stopping by my blog today, and I hope your day is a good one.

Pretty Hearts Card Made Easy …

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Can you believe it’s the last day of January!? Well … Let’s Celebrate that!  And we’ll start by saying “Thank You” to the ladies who participated in my crazy puzzle challenge; Cindy and Pam … You Did Good and I hope you had fun. Watch your mail boxes (wink, wink) because I have a cute card and a little gift coming your way.

Speaking of cards, yesterday I shared the exciting news about the Coordination Product release so today I’d like to share one of the products that will be released in just a few days …

Let me introduce you to the “Pleased As Punch” Designer Series paper that coordinates with 4 products in the Mini Catalog. I choose the hearts in honor of the upcoming Valentine Day holiday.  I picked the hearts with the flower pattern on them and you can see that I decked them out with the “Share What You Love” pearls. And just so you know, the pretty gingham back ground paper … is the flip side to the hearts!

I used the scallop punch to add a black mat behind my “pink” heart creating the focal point. I grabbed my January 2020 Paper Pumpkin and used the “coordinating” stamp to add my greeting directly onto my heart punched from the “Pleased As Punch” Designer Series paper.  The cute little flower sequins are also from the paper pumpkin … it added the perfect touch to complete my card.

Do you notice a “theme” going on here … your right, the magic word is coordination.  The new designer paper coordinates with the Heart Punch pack and the Jan. Paper Pumpkin kit.  I love that this just really stretches out your dollars spent on crafting.

Thanks so much for stopping in on your Friday to visit with me. Hope you enjoyed the “sneak peek” into the “Pleased As Punch” Designer Series paper.  Click on the links below for more information on those products.

Have a wonderful weekend ~
