Who Loves Designer Paper!?

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

For the past few days I have been sharing the Top 3 Customer picks from the Sale-a-bration Catalog. It’s fun to see what many of you thought … some of you were close too!! The Top Three Picks were …

Can you believe that all three are Designer papers!! I love it … I think designer paper is like a Super Tool in my crafting room because it is so versatile; use it as a background, use it as a focal point, use it to highlight your stamped images but best of all, it is perfect for making quick -n- easy cards that are beautiful!!

I have a fabulous opportunity for my paper lovers … Now, when you join my stampin’ team and the Stampin’ Up! family you will receive an “Exclusive Gift” from the Upcoming Annual Catalog … you will receive an assortment of 5 stacks of our newest 6″ x 6″ Designer Series papers!!

YOU will also enjoy discounts on your orders, free training and demonstrator only events! Build your Starter Kit by choosing $125 worth of product for only $99 (PLUS, FREE Shipping as well!!) and you will get all the exclusive designer papers shown for FREE! I can help you set up your kit, or you can get started here (CLICK this Link).

My team gathers virtually now, but hopefully we’ll be stamping together soon! My team has a Private Facebook Page where we share ideas, play games and get to know each other more. We’ve even had some amazing retreats … not to mention going to the Stampin ‘Up! events together ….

We have to opportunity to join our fellow demonstrators for the upcoming OnTour event. They will be showcasing the new catalog with product introductions and stamping sessions. I would love to have YOU join me and my team, along with some of our stampin’ family. Registration for this event begins next week … are you coming? (It’s Virtual BUT they’re having break out rooms where you can meet up and chat with others)

If you are anywhere in the US, I would be happy and honored to introduce you to the rest of my Stars by Design team. Let me know if I can help you get started on this amazing journey. Or CLICK HERE if you are ready now.

Cruising Fun and Sneak Peek!!

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Last night we had a wonderful dinner in the dining room and meet some wonderful people at our table. I went outside of my comfort zone and ordered some fried calamari … a little chewy but it was good.

We also went down to the Hospitality Room to say “hi” to fellow demonstrators and to “Spin the Wheel” …. whoo hooo, I won a die set from the upcoming holiday catalog.  When returning to our room in the evening we were presented with a beautiful pillow gift … a leather bag / back pack and some new black dimensionals … oh yes, you heard me … black!! That will be great when working with our darker cardstocks!!

What do you think of the new CUP OF CHEER die set? I love the little mugs and candy canes, and of course it coordinates with they oh so cute … CUP OF CHRISTMAS Stamp Set.  Yes, it comes in a bundle too!! It was a wonderful evening, but I crashed at 8:30!! lol

Today we are at sea … not such a bad view to wake up to this morning, and to top off this beautiful view …

… we will be joining our fellow demonstrators for our General Session, where we get to see new product demonstrations using the Holiday Catalog goodies, WIN some PRIZES from the Holiday Catalog and then we GET the Holiday Catalog!!

Tonight is formal night so time to get dolled up and sit down for an amazing meal, then I’ll go through my photos from our General Session so I can post more sneak peeks with you tomorrow!

Till then, have a wonderful day, and thank you for checking out my blog!  Don’t forget my “Cat’s Away” Sale … CLICK HERE for details.

Sunday: Heading to Rome, Italy …

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Today we will arrive in Rome, Italy … pinch me because I can’t breath! Thank you again for helping me to achieve this amazing trip!! We will be heading to the ship from the airport but we have a few hours so I hope we can get a little glimpse before we head out to sea.  I also have  …

A bit of a scare earlier in the day (yesterday) our Milwaukee flight to Chicago was on hold / cancelled because of mechanical problems so they gave us a bus ticket to Chicago so we could catch our flight … 50 minute wait for the bus, and an hour & 15 minutes to get there which means we had a high chance of missing our flight.  So we got our luggage back off the plane, and got an Uber to Chicago … made our flight in plenty of time.

It was an overnight flight but you need to see the beauty in things ….

I find it very hard to sleep on a plane … lol.  Every time I’d doze off someone would kick my chair, slam an overhead compartment closed or talk really loud … really?

I was so excited that we passed over the Swiss Alps … maybe some day I’ll actually get to stand in front to them, but it was fun to see then anyway…..

Finally we arrive in Rome … didn’t get to see the beautiful sight I have here to share but it’s Italy!! And I am over the moon excited!!

We have boarded this “Jewel of the Seas” cruise ship and it’s time to relax!!  I will be back tomorrow with more to share.

Thank you again!!

Home Again and with Sneak Peaks!!

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

First let me say “Welcome” to my new blog followers and “Thank You” for the On-line Orders and to my avid readers for hanging in while I was gone to our Stampin’ Up! OnStage event in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  We left a beautiful day and drove into snow … and came home from a beautiful day and drove back into snow!!

You know what … it didn’t matter because we came home with the new catalog in hand, and a lot of ideas! I will be sending out catalogs to you as soon as they allow us … mid-May!

My activities started Friday night where Stampin’ Up! hosts a nice dinner and training event for their Leaders…

This little photo op was taken outside of the hall … Do you notice the beautiful flowers on the board. Uh ha … those little beauties are a sneak peak into the new stamp sets you’ll find in the upcoming catalog!  If you like Magnolia’s you will fall in love with this product suite… more to come!

Our dinner tables were adorned with the beautiful bouquets of flowers and we were treated to an amazing buffet.  Jamician Jerk Chicken, another on I don’t remember and a beautifully prepared steak. Food was great and the desserts… should have taken a picture! lol

When we get there, we stop by the booth to pick up our bags filled with goodies…

Love the bag! And tucked inside were a bounty of goodies and these were just a few! A brand new stamp set … that coordinates with our current Daisy stamp set, how sweet is that, and some file folders that showcase another new product suite! I’ll be sharing more about that tomorrow!

As a CenterStage achiever … we also got a special gift, a leather clutch which I forgot to take a picture of, but let me say that it is full and I am already using it!! And that is how we ended our evening. It was great to see old friends, make some new ones and enjoy a wonderful evening with stamping sisters and the Stampin’ Up! staff.

Before I go today, I want to share one more sneak peek… I know this one is going to thrill one of my stamping friends because she loves peacocks! This product suite is AMAZING!!! The designer paper and new foils in some of the new colors… WOW.

From the papers to the embellishments, these rich and beautiful colors are definitely going to be on your wish list… The ribbon is a two-tone and the Rhinestones are fabulous! I can’t wait to get my hands on them!!! I would love to send you a wish list and a catalog when they are released … just make sure that you are on my customer list (requires a purchase) and I’ll get one in your hands … FREE of course!!

By the way … I would love to have you join me at any of these fabulous Stampin’ Up! events, and proud to have you on my team! Let’s chat!!  I’ll be back tomorrow to share more of the new catalog and my team tomorrow.

Thank you so much for checking back in with me today, it’s great to be back.

Have an awesome day.

Great News … Great New Product Announcement

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Sorry I missed you yesterday, I still feel a bit like I’m in a time warp! lol  Trying to catch up after being gone, and getting everything from Retreat and Convention put away, but I wouldn’t have missed either for the world.

I will be sharing more of each of those later fun events later as I have awesome card samples too!!

Today I’d like to share a few announcements and goodies that are coming your way.  First, our Online Extravaganza is coming next week! Deals start November 23 (Black Friday) through November 28. I will get you more details as they are released to us.

I also have some great news … if you ever had trouble getting your red rubber stamps to stick to the clear blocks, your troubles will soon be over!! Stampin’ Up! have created Cling Stamps …

  • At the OnStage events in November 2018, Stampin’ Up!’s cofounder Shelli Gardner introduced and demonstrated the new red rubber stamping solution: cling stamps.
  • Beginning with the 2019 occasions catalog and Sale-A-Bration brochure, all new stamp sets will be available either in cling (for red rubber stamps) or photopolymer.
  • Stamps in the 2018-2019 annual catalog will continue to be available in clear-mount, wood-mount, or photopolymer.
  • Red rubber stamp sets (clear-mount or wood-mount) in the annual catalog that will be carrying over will transition to cling with the 2019-2020 annual catalog. Watch for more information about carryover stamp sets in April 2019 with the regularly scheduled communication about catalog transitions, the carryover list, and the retiring products list.
  • In 2019-2020 annual catalog, clear-mount and wood-mount stamps* will no longer be available. The only exception is background stamps in North America only, which will still be available in wood-mount.

I have even more exciting news to share … and I will do so along with some awesome card samples. They have inspired me, and I’m sure they will do the same for you.

So … I’ll be back tomorrow with a cute “gift” that I created for my Retreat Attendee’s.  See you then.

Thank you for stopping by ~

Stampin’ Up! OnStage Event: Day 2

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Day 2 of our stamping event. A lot of walking, a lot of stamping demonstrations, always a time to stamp and always Prize Patrol or some type of give away, and recognition walks across the stage. Today I walked across the stage for my Flex Point (Sales+) and was honored to walk with two of my friends Evie and JoAnne … sorry, no picture of that.

This is how we kicked off our evening session!! You will notice a blond coming through the crowd, that is Sara Douglass … she is our CEO!!

How fun is this!! I love coming to our OnStage or any Stampin’ Up! sponsored events because I get so inspired and rejuvenated.  I also get to connect with fellow demonstrator friends …

This is Evelyn Wood … we met years ago at a past Stampin’ Up! connection and have been friends ever since. This year we are sharing our goals with each other, so we can encourage each other to reach these goals!

Evelyn’s and her group, the Stamping Sirens adopted me (LOL) because I came alone to OnStage. What lovely ladies … really, they are a hoot!! We went out to dinner together and had an awesome time.

Our picture taking began after we received another give-a-way … the new Gingham Designer Paper! The colors are awesome!! YOU are going to love it ❤ I do!!

Now let me introduce you to Greta … we actually met on-line and have chatted for almost a year.  We decided to meet face to face here at OnStage, it was so nice to meet her in person. I also got to meet her upline Bente too.

Walking across the stage for recognition is fun, and going on the Incentive trips are even better … but the best and most important thing for me in my Stampin’ Up! journey is all the beautiful people I have met.

Whether they are fellow demonstrators or my downline or my customer aka: stampin’ friends, I would not have been doing this for 18 years without them!!

Together we create magic with ink and paper and bring happiness to others when we send our cards out, and that magic brings friendships and fun with it.

If you need a creative outlet, or if you want to meet new people, or if you want to have fun … I invited you to sit down a chat with me, because I would love to share this amazing opportunity with you.  It’s too good not to share!

Today is our last day at OnStage, kind of sad, but I will share more of the fun with you.

Thank you for hanging out with me today, see you tomorrow ~

Can’t resist a good party!!

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

I’ve been so busy at work training new staff members and at home working on my Holiday Stampin’ Retreat that in less than 2 weeks I’ll be joining my fellow demonstrators for a wonderful celebration … 30 Years!!

I hate to miss any of the Stampin’ Up! events but no way would I pass up a major milestone!  I have a few of my own that I will be celebrating … Lifetime sales of $500,000, Personal Sales, Recruiting – Level 1, Leadership – Level 1 and yes, the Incentive Trip!!  All expenses paid trip for 2 … Cruising the Greek Isles!! I thank YOU!!

Here is a shot of the 25th Anniversary in Salt Lake City with the Theme: Be The Difference …

Always a fun time at Convention (Now OnStage) We were treated to special cupcakes!! Looking forward to see what they have in store for us this year.  They are sending those of us who have achieved Silver Elite or above to Epcot for the day with a special area for us to visit and pick up a special gift!!

Speaking of gifts, Stampin’ Up! treats us royally while we attend our events.  These are all the goodies I brought home with me from the 25th Celebration …

I enjoy these Stampin’ Up! events so much, and it’s more fun to go with my team members! Why don’t you join us and come with us this April 🙂

Thanks for joining me today, I hope your day is a good one!

Color My World ….

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

I don’t know about you … but I can’t believe that we are going into mid-May already!! Have the year is almost past us … where did the time go?

With the time flying by us so quickly, I just wanted to remind you of the retiring products will soon be gone.

Stampin’ Up! is refreshing our color line, when they listed the ones leaving …. I understood! Will I miss some, YES, but I’m much more excited about the new ones coming in!!! Let’s start with the colors that will be leaving …

You knew that the 2016-18 Colors were leaving, but with the color revamp … we have a few more. Don’t be sad about those leaving, you still have time to stock up but Don’t forget your INK REFILL!!

I thought I would miss Elegant Eggplant – until they announced “which one’s were coming BACK” … yes, you heard me correctly! My favorite … Oh My Gosh, I can’t wait to tell you … BLACKBERRY BLISS!!!! I am so excited, I LOVE this color ❤  And Mossy Meadow!! Glad they’re back … here are the rest of the returning colors!!

It’s been about 5 years since we had a color update and 8 years since Stampin’ Up! has done a revamp like we’re seeing now.  I’m excited … the colors are current, fresh and really look good together!  While I’m at it … Let’s look at the new 2018-19 In Colors and NEW Core Colors!

I love that Pineapple Punch!!   Here are both sets of In Colors along with the “Basics” …  these colors have been take out of our Neutrals line which made room for 3 new colors and a warm look in our Neutrals!

Here is the entire grouping of our Color Families … now you can see how beautifully they all coordinate.  Did you notice that Real Red is now in the Rich Regals? That is because our new colors give our Brights a “bright fresh look” … I love it!

It’s so exciting to share the new colors and the revamp with you.  You have just a few short weeks to pick up those colors that will be retiring but you can also get out your wish list for the beautiful new colors being introduced. I’m happy to see Blackberry Bliss, Mossy Meadow and Poppy Parade return and I can’t wait till you can see such colors like Granny Apple Green, Gorgeous Grape and the new Pineapple Punch … that even sounds yummy!!

Thank you for joining me today!!

See you tomorrow ~

More OnStage = Sneak Peeks

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

I have a few more pictures from our Stampin’ Up! OnStage event last weekend. Today I’ll give you a glimpse on what it’s like to be in the audience watching the presentations.

Each table was lovingly decorated … don’t know when and how they have time to do this!! They amaze me … and butterflies! My Mom loved butterflies and to walk into a room that is filled with them brought a tear to my eye.

Follow the butterflies across the tables (past the person who photo bombed – lol) … you begin with the purples & pinks, blues, greens, yellows and orange. Now image the entire room filled like this, it was beautiful.  Our eyes work much better than cameras!!  Here is a close up of the table … matching note books to the butterflies!

Now as we get seated and the event begins, we were blessed to have Shelli Gardner (Co-Founder of Stampin’ Up!) as our main presenter … we had many great Stampin’ Up! staff presenting in Milwaukee.  Remember, they are spread out all over the world! Sara … Shelli’s daughter was presenting in Australia!!

My Star’s and I were in the row of  “Yellow Butterflies” …  We were closer to the back which is fine with me, because with all the big screens we don’t miss a thing! The next few pictures will be shots of the new product presentations.

I can not show the catalog or the stamp sets … but we can share samples! They show us so much in the time we are there, your best bet is to bring along your camera and go nuts!  So much information … So much fun!! Hmmm … more butterflies. How did she do that???

The day isn’t all work though … we get lunch, more stamping demonstrations, we get to stamp and use the new products too … Demonstrator Life is Good!  And if that isn’t good enough, we get our cake – and eat it too … or should I say Cupcake!!

Yup … Life was good and if this is a sneak peek to what OnStage Live in Orlando this November is going to be, I think they are going to Rock our stocks off!  Want to join me??? Let’s chat.

I will continue sharing what we saw at OnStage and you’ll see more samples!!  Plus … I think my UPS man will be paying me a visit soon with my pre-order 🙂

Till then I thank you for stopping in to visit me today ~

I hope you have a great weekend!!

Big News … What’s Going … What’s Coming Back … What’s New!!

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

What an exciting time it is to be a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator! Today I’m going to share some of the fun we had at CenterStage and OnStage this weekend and some of the changes coming!! Wow … I love my job!

Let’s start with Friday night when Stampin’ Up! hosted CenterStage … a fun night out for their demonstrators who have achieved Silver Elite status and above (Leadership).

Because Stampin’ Up! is celebrating 30 years … we were invited to party like it’s 1988, so we rocked it 80’s style! I’m kind of glad you cannot see my outfit (LOL) because I didn’t even dress like that in the 80’s … except maybe for the shoulder pads!! I’m here with Lyssa … a fellow demonstrator from Watertown, WI.

I have to say … Stampin’ Up! really loves to spoil us. Look at all the goodies we came home with on Friday night!  And there was more on Saturday …

Oh yes … You are seeing the new catalog tucked under there.  We have a policy were we cannot show anything until it is released for all our fellow demonstrators to see.  Do also see color swatches?? We’ll get to that in a few minutes 🙂   Come join me and my downline at the table Saturday Morning …

Each one of us in attendance got one of those little light boxes, so I set mine up to Welcome my team when they arrived!  Love these ladies …

Here are just 3 of my team of Star’s; Brenda, Debi and Connie … a group of ladies who love what we do, and we love sharing it with you! We’d love you to join us at our next OnStage … it’s in Orlando. Girls just wanna have fun!!

There IS a little business shared at our OnStage event, and lots of showcasing of new products. Can’t wait to share with you, but we have a retiring list coming!! AND we are going into a Color ReVamp!

Stampin’ Up! is refreshing our color line, when they listed the ones leaving …. I understood! Will I miss some, YES, but I’m much more excited about the new ones coming in!!! Let’s start with the colors that will be leaving …

I have more to share with you so stop back again as I will keep you posted! Till then, my Star’s and I wish you a terrific Tuesday! And let me know when you are ready to join us …

Thank you for joining me today!!

See you tomorrow ~

OnStage 2017 Sneak Peek!

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Today I have more fun to share with you from our “OnStage” Roadtrip. Our Saturday morning began with a beautiful sunrise … this is the view from our room:

Then we had breakfast ordered in, so once we were done eating we were ready for the day! Sarah checked in (I did that last night a CenterStage) and got her bag full of goodies which included a new stamp set. Now it was time to find a spot to sit …

We found a great table … I wish I would have gotten a picture of / or with these ladies (not shown in photo above), they were wonderful to sit and stamp with. They shared their blocks with us because of course I left mine at home! I wasn’t fully packed and still had to go into work the morning we should have been leaving! Oh well, it turned out OK.

Not only did they share their blocks … they shared their swaps both to look at and to take home!  I’ll be posting the 2 swaps I received from MaryJo Bryden tomorrow. This is just tooooo cute …

Now I can’t share all of the wonderful things they showed us because I’ll be sharing them at a later date either on my blog, or in my classes or even on retreat.

There always has to be fun and to have photo opportunities.  Stampin’ up! provides us with the coolest tools to commemorate our events …

Notice the “In-Colors” on the sign I’m holding? Yup … they think of everything! Speaking of In-Colors; I gave you a sneak peek yesterday, so how about seeing these beautiful new colors in action? Here they are in all their splendor and glory …

How do you like the coordinating Designer Series paper? Stampin’ Up! makes it so easy to create beautiful cards without the stress … it all coordinates!

Well, I can’t say good-bye just yet … I have one more sneak peek from a new stamp set called “More than Chocolate”. This is a sample from one of the many boards of samples displayed for us at OnStage, and what else would a card making Candy store manager want to share …

Hope you enjoyed taking this little road trip with me and seeing some of the cool stuff we see at OnStage. If you want to see more … YOU should join my group of Star’s and the Stampin’ Up! family. It truly is a family of fun loving, like minded people who love to stamp. It doesn’t matter if you just do it for the discount or if you want to make it big! We as demonstrators fill the entire spectrum.

ME? I started for the discount, but deep down I wanted to earn the Incentive Trips (and I did) then when I needed to slow down a bit, I could … then I can pick it up again when I want. Do what works for YOU … it’s your dream! I’m just here to help and guide when needed. I have a fun group that likes to share, we have a private Star’s Facebook page, we have meetings and retreats and love to stamp!

You can contact me below or e-mail me for more information (NO Obligation) lindaluvs2stamp@aol.com

Have a delicious kind of day, and don’t forget to stop back tomorrow when I share MaryJo’s card with you.

Thanks ~

The road to CenterStage … Sneak Peek!?

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Wow … can’t believe this year is flyin’ by … the Retirement list is out, my annual Retreat is only 3 weeks away and the new catalog will be released in June!! That is what is so exciting about attending our Stampin’ Up! event OnStage… we not only got our hands on the new catalog, we got to see (and get) some great new stamp sets and create some cute cards!

As promised … I’ll share part of my roadtrip that brought us to such a fun event… OnStage. Usually I fly but this time I drove (with my new recruit Sarah… also my daughter). We headed out on Wednesday the 5th and got as far as Marion, Illinois. Had dinner at a cute restaurant called 20’s Hideout … we were lucky to hit their all you can eat crab legs! YUM.

Back on the road after a good nights sleep and we’re heading for Memphis, Tennesse …

Memphis is going to be a planned stay! I wanted Sarah to experience something new and fun, and Beale street was the answer! It’s full of good music and good food.

This is also where we stayed at this Historic Peabody hotel … While there, Sarah asked why the lights were flickering and I said “Maybe it’s Haunted” so we googled it and found that some say it is! We believe it’s more famous for their ducks!

After a wonderful stay in Memphis we headed out to Louisiana. Didn’t see any gators or crocs…Whew!

Shreveport is where the Stampin’ Up! event is to be held, so we booked our room at the Shreveport, Hilton because it was attached to the Convention Center where OnStage is being held. It was nice!

I had to be there by Friday evening as I was invited to the Stampin’ Up! CenterStage event…

Here is how Stampin’ Up! hosts CenterStage: Our silver elite and above demonstrators have worked hard to build their businesses and we think they’ve earned a little time in the limelight! That’s why we have CentreStage events . . . to celebrate everything they’ve done to become exceptional Stampin’ Up! demonstrators.
At CentreStage, they get the recognition they deserve, enjoy a bit of pampering, and receive the additional training opportunities they want as they work to bring their Stampin’ Up! business to the next level.

The also treat us to a fabulous dinner and a special gift. We Stampin’ Up! too!

OH … my, my … is that a SNEAK PEEK of the New In-Colors!  I see Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist, Powder Pink, Berry Burst and Fresh Fig.  OH … so many sneak peeks and awesome announcements! I’ts great to be a demonstrator!!

Met some wonderful fellow demonstrators and Stampin’ Up! staff. It was a great night with great food and awesome company! From left to right: Candy, Lydia, France Martin and myself.

I’ll be back tomorrow with more from the OnStage event! This lasted all day and included recognition, training, Make & Takes, Prize Patrol (win FREE stuff), lunch and more!!

Thanks for riding along with me so far!

Have a wonderful day ~
