Today we enter a brand new week … a new month … and I’m sharing a NEW Stamp Set!! I’m really excited to share this fun bundle with you, it’s the Many Messages bundle and it is created to answer your “sentiment” needs!! It has something for every occasion …
This amazing bundle not only has all of these sentiments, but it has a die to cut them all out for you!! You can do what I did … I put the stamp onto my Stamparatus and stamped them in different colors, cut them out, and saved them to use on any card at any time!
For today’s card, I stamped the card front with the full stamp and embossed it in white. I then choose a couple of sentiments from my stash and spotlighted those on the cardfront….
By embossing the cardfront this way, it adds a nice texture and subtle look to the front. The images were stamped in the coordinating ink to match the mat which really pops the sentiments … highlighting them.
A simple card with a big statement … you can create anything you’d like. I also brought in the Floating & Fluttering bundle to add some warmth to the card, just because we all love butterflies! They are pretty and they hold a special meaning in many of our lives.
A little Wink of Stella to the wings and your card is complete…. just mail it out and let someone know that you support them, or wish them a happy birthday or anniversary … so many to choose from.

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~
Have you seen the In Bloom Bundle available in the January–June 2021 Mini Catalog? It’s one of my favorites! I love all the fun technique possibilities you get with the solid floral images. And the stitched dies are to die for! You can build your own flowers any time of year.
Let’s begin with our sentiment first, stamp it in Gorgeous Grape then mask with a sticky note to stamp around it so you can stamp your flowers and stems. The colors used are Melon Mambo, Mango Melody and Gorgeous Grape with a pop of Granny Apple Green! To get the two tone look of the flowers, stamp one and then again without re-inking your stamp.
Next, use your dies to cut some cute coordinating flowers … this adds depth and texture to your card. Don’t forget to add my favorite, the Opal Rounds to the center of your flowers.
You can finish off your card by folding the Gorgeous Grape ribbon over the Stampin’ Seal Plus… this adds beautiful color and lovely layer of texture.
With the In Bloom Bundle, you can stamp, cut, emboss, and build your own bouquet. I posted this news on my Linda’s Stampin’ Escape Facebook page, but if you do not use Facebook, I wanted to make sure you heard the news … Whisper White is Retiring! BUT we have good news, a replacement has been found. Here’s the story …
We are sad to announce that the supplier’s mill producing our Whisper White cardstock has permanently closed due to impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic. Unfortunately, we weren’t given much notice on this closure. This means that the technology unique to this particular supplier is now unavailable to us and we can no longer offer our Whisper White cardstock and related products, such as Whisper White Note Cards & Envelopes. Please note that this won’t affect any of our other cardstocks, this only affects Whisper White.
We know Whisper White has a huge fan base; we’re big fans, too! And we are crushed that it’s going away. Even though this decision was out of our hands, rest assured that we jumped right into action to find the best replacement paper possible. We have dedicated many hours to source and test alternative cardstock options from several suppliers to find the perfect fit that still maintains the Stampin’ Up! quality you know and trust. We are happy to share that we have found a winner for our new cardstock, Basic White!
The quality of our new Basic White was thoroughly tested by our quality assurance and product teams. It also tested very well with demonstrators and concept artists who gave it a huge thumbs up. We believe in the quality of the new Basic White cardstock and we know it will become your new crafting staple!
With Whisper White going out of production, this means a number of Whisper White products will be affected. Below is a list of all products that will be replaced with our new Basic White cardstock. These items are now available while supplies last with an order limit of 2 per item per order.
Our new Basic White products will become available to purchase as soon as we have them in stock. This means that some Whisper White and Basic White products may be available at the same time. How is your week going so far? Hope you are doing well! Today I have a “FUN FOLD” card for you … the Drapery Fold. It is fairly simple to make and does not need a lot of supplies, and it’s fun! It give you a touch of “fanciness” on your card but slides into the envelope quite easy.
I have a video for you to watch, my Technique Tuesday video from my Facebook LIVE last night. Have a bit of a rest and watch the video …
What did you think … ?? This is the type of card that looks fancy but is pretty easy to make. Any designer paper could be used for this style of card. I chose to use the Poinsettia Place suite… such a pretty pattern and a natural background to accent the fold.
I have written down the measurements for you ….
I also showcased both cards in the photo … the one on the left is the one where the drapery fits from end to end, and the one on the right is the one I trimmed off to create a border all the way around my card front.
I hope I inspired you to try out this simple yet pretty “FUN FOLD”, then I’d LOVE to see what you create.
