New Class Announcement: Floral Impressions + Final Hours of the Suite Sale

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

I hope your Monday is off to a beautiful start. Before we dive into all the fun today, I have two quick—but important!—reminders for you.

First up… Today is the LAST DAY of the Suite Sale / BOGO offer!
This is one of those deals you truly don’t want to miss. For every suite you purchase, you get another of equal or lesser value free. It’s a perfect opportunity to grab that suite you’ve had your eye on—maybe even one of the newer collections from the Annual Catalog or upcoming Mini. Whether you’re into florals, whimsical animals, cozy fall themes, or holiday magic, there’s something for everyone. But remember, this offer ends tonight, so don’t wait too long!

Now for something I’m really excited about…

🌺 Introducing: The Floral Impressions Class! 🌺
If you’ve seen the Floral Impressions Suite, you already know how stunning it is—rich colors, subtle patterns, and floral designs that practically bloom right off the page. In this upcoming class, we’ll explore everything this suite has to offer. You’ll receive a full kit with all the supplies you need to make four beautiful cards, each one showcasing a different feature of the suite. From the impressionistic patterned paper to the versatile stamp set and coordinating dies, you’ll walk away with a deeper understanding of how to use it all. And I’ll have a fun fold card for you as well!

But it’s more than just a class—it’s a creative gathering.

Come enjoy a morning (or evening!) filled with stamping, laughter, inspiration, and of course… snacks! 🥰 Whether you’re bringing a friend or coming solo, you’ll leave with beautiful cards and maybe even a few new crafty friendships. I say it all the time, but I truly believe I have the best stampin’ friends around. There’s always room for more at the table—we’d love to have you join us. RSVP by calling the number listed / or message me on Facebook!

Here are a few card samples I’ve created using the designer paper. And in the meantime, don’t forget to snag your suites during the BOGO before the day slips away.

You may have seen this one when I showcased the last week. I paired the Floral Impressions Designer paper with the Everyday Arches Suite. This paper just makes me happy!

The second card I’d like to share with you, is a combination of the new Party Dies Bundle (I was showcasing when it first came out) and another pretty pattern from the Floral Impressions Designer Paper. They sure compliment each other well, don’t they!?

Let’s keep creating, connecting, and building our beautiful little stamping community—one card at a time.

With creativity and gratitude,
Linda

Brightening Days with Sending Smiles Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

Today I want to reflect on a stamp set that truly conveys why we make cards; because there’s something truly special about the power of personal touch when we create. With this we convey emotions and sentiments in a tangible, heartfelt manner. And when it comes to spreading joy, comfort, and gratitude, the Sending Smiles Stamp Set and Coordinating Sending Dies stand out as indispensable tools in any crafter’s arsenal.

I have several cards that I want to share with you, and these two products will be retiring at the end of April. Let me start with the card I created for the Tutorial Group that I am in …. Our June theme was our favorite new color so of course I used, Lemon Lolly!!

At the heart of this crafting duo lies the Sending Smiles Stamp Set—a collection of nine versatile sentiments and floral images designed to evoke warmth, positivity, and heartfelt emotions. Whether you’re looking to brighten someone’s day with a burst of sunshine, offer comfort and strength during challenging times, express gratitude with a heartfelt note, or shower birthday wishes upon a loved one, this stamp set has you covered.

What sets the Sending Smiles Stamp Set apart is its ability to cater to a multitude of occasions and sentiments. With phrases like “Sending Sunshine,” “Comfort & Strength,” “Thank You,” and “Birthday Wishes,” this set offers a diverse range of options for every crafting project. Whether you’re creating cards, scrapbook layouts, or gift tags, these sentiments serve as the perfect accompaniment, adding a personal touch to your creations.

Complementing the Sending Smiles Stamp Set are the Coordinating Sending Dies—a set of precision-cut dies that take your crafting endeavors to new heights. This set includes a large text die and a shadow die of the word “Sending,” allowing you to effortlessly pair them with the sentiments from the Sending Smiles Stamp Set.

In a world where digital communication often dominates, there’s something inherently special about receiving a handmade card or gift crafted with love and care. The Sending Smiles Stamp Set and Coordinating Dies empower crafters to spread joy, comfort, and gratitude with every impression..

Here’s to Sending Smiles to our loved ones and friends! Your cards really do convey the personal touch. Thanks for stopping by my blog today. Have a good one!!

All products shown below were used on my cards and will be retiring at the end of April 2024 …. with the exception of the Lemon Lolly cardstock.

Card Challenge & Birds Eye View

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

I’m packing for my trip today so I thought I’d share a really cute card with you created by one of my Design Team members, and I don’t have the Birds Eye View stamp set so it’s a treat for both you and me. We had a Tic-Tac-Toe challenge this month (I have not done mine yet … when I get back!)

I’m thinking that it is either … Any Shape / Ribbon / Animal *or* Any Shape / Embossed / Yellow. Which tic-tac-toe pattern do you think it is?? Either way, I think it turned out so cute!

Measurements:

  • Card Base: Lemon Lime Twist 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼”
  • Cardstock #2: Basic White  4” x 5 ¼”,  2 1/8” circle die, ½” x 2 ½” banner die
  • Designer Paper: ¾” circle die

Instructions:

  • Cut out 20 circles from the designer paper using the ¾” circle die. Adhere each circle to the Basic White cardstock.
  • Stamp the owl and glasses on a scrap Watercolor Paper using Stazon ink. (Make sure that your Stazon is juicy before using it to make sure the image comes out nice and dark on the paper)
  • Use a water painter to color the owl. (I pressed the ink pad on a Stamping Block, then picked up the color with a bit of water). Cut out the owl using Paper Snip Scissors.
  • Cut out a circle using the 2 1/8” die. Adhere it to the card.
  • Stamp “hi” on a piece of scrap Basic White cardstock. Cut it out using the banner die. Add it to the card using Dimensionals.
  • Add the owl to the card using Dimensionals.
  • Use the Multipurpose Glue to add a “bubble” to each of the glass lenses.
  • Make a bow with the silver Simply Elegant Trim and add it to the card using a Glue Dot.
  • Apply Rhinestones.

I want to thank you my friends for today’s visit to my blog. I’d be happy to hear what Tic-Tac-Toe pattern I should use for my card. You can comment below.

Have a wonderful day ~

Hello There Card … Happy Monday!

Hello Stampin’ Friends,

Today I have a quick & cute card saying Hello There, and our turtle is back with a friend. Today is also International Day of Happiness and this card will surely put a smile on someones face and make them happy!

The core of our card today is created with the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Cards & Envelopes which is the base, and the Enjoy the Adventure Memories & More Card Pack … then I stamped my greeting from the Around the Bend stamp set.

The card measures 3″ x 4″ and I added a Old Olive mat measuring 3-1/8″ x 4-1/8″. The card and mat have popped up with the Stampin’ Dimensionals. The turtle and the bunny were die cut from the Rain or Shine Specialty Designer paper. To complete the card I added the Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gems. The layout I used today is similar to yesterday’s layout, just a few changes can change the entire look of the card.

Such a simple and cute card to make to say hello to your friends or family members.

Thank you for joining for this quick card today. I hope you enjoy your Monday!

Christmas Snowflakes Cards …

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

We’re another day closer to the weekend and hmmm … Christmas! It’s sneaking up fast and I have been busy creating for my Fall Holiday Stamping Retreat, so Christmas cards are second nature to me right now.

Many of us would love to send out hand-made Christmas cards but do not have a lot of time, so I’m here to help with an … oh so cute, and quick & easy card you can recreate in no time at all …

Two simple colors of cardstock; Basic White and Balmy Blue. I used the Time of Giving Stamp Set (now retired) for the snowflake swirls inside the card and to decorate my envelope.

I used the Wintry 3-D Embossing Folder on the Balmy Blue for both my cards. Then the Wonderful Snowflakes … they are iridescent so the color just dances across them.

If you’re looking for just a little more color … you can use any one of our Stampin’ Blends and color your Snowflakes … and best of all, that iridescence shines right through.

You can create these pretty snowflake cards with ease and in no time at all. It’s a card base with a contrasting piece that measures 3″ x 4-1/4″. I hope you try out this simple layout.

Thank you for visiting my blog today. A simple layout so you can create your Christmas Cards with ease … fun for the whole family!

Enjoy your day ~

Simply Sunday: Simply Elegant Hello Card

Hello Stampin’ Friends ~

A Happy Sunday to you … Today I have a stunning card for you created with the Simply Elegant Designer Series paper. This floral pattern is done in bronze, gold and silver foil.

I accented the silver by adding additional silver foil paper and embossing it with the “Thanks & Hello” Embossing folder … I used the Hello. It adds a beautiful texture and greeting at the same time.

I’m not much for raw edges so I added the Metallic Mesh Ribbon which adds even more sparkle to our foiled card. I used a black card base to draw the black from the designer paper.

Creating stunning cards highlighted with the pretty foil patterns is so easy when using “Simply Elegant” … it’s all in the name!

Thank you for dropping by and checking out my blog today. A simple card that is Simply Elegant! Have a great day ~

We’re Shakin’ Up December …

Hello Stampin’ Friends,

I am really excited to share with you what I created using my December Paper Pumpkin! First I’d like you to watch the video on how to put together the cards in the kit ….

I think the videos are fun to watch, and they inspire me. However I already had my cards created before I watched this months video. I love shaker cards … Who doesn’t?

First I will show you my card from the kit, just a twist from the Stampin’ Up! instructions, and one more way you can put your cards together ….

000_1809

For those of you who know me, you know I’m just like you and don’t want to see anything to to waste! Well, here is what the “greeting” sheet looks like …

000_1805

and what do you think I thought of … that’s right, “Make a card out of that!” So I cut off the piece that I had taken my “hello” from, measured it and cut a piece of the “Dazzling Diamonds” Shimmer paper. I just used it a couple of days ago so I still had it out on my stampin’ table.

000_1812

I love that the greetings are on adhesive sheets so I would not loose the little pieces from the h – e – l … well you get my drift! lol  So it was easy to transfer this onto the glimmer paper and add those little pieces to complete the word. I popped up the greeting with our Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Since I used the “Lucky Star’s” embossing folder for some texture on the base – Bermuda Bay cardstock, I punched out some additional stars with the “Confetti Stars Punch”. I attached them with “Crystal Effects” and a tooth pick!

This card was so simple to make, and I think it’s adorable!
