Happy Sunday! Today I’m excited to share a card that highlights the Peaceful Garden Suite, a stunning collection that beautifully blends the peaceful spirit of the holidays with the timeless elegance of nature. While it’s perfect for creating heartfelt Christmas cards, tags, and scrapbook pages, what I love most about this suite is how effortlessly it transitions into projects for any occasion — even those moments when you want to send a comforting message of sympathy or peace.
For today’s card, I wanted to show that versatility. The background features the soft, serene pattern of doves from the Peaceful Garden Designer Paper — a symbol of peace and hope. The sentiment, “With Deepest Sympathy,” is stamped on a circle die cut using the Spotlight on Nature Dies, giving it a gentle focal point. I added delicate die cuts and a graceful dove from the suite, bringing a sense of calm and compassion to the design. To complete the look, I added some of the beautiful ribbon behind my sentiment.
🌿 Peaceful. Elegant. Timeless. That’s the heart of the Peaceful Garden Suite.
If you’re looking for a suite that brings both elegance and emotion to your cardmaking, the Peaceful Garden Suite is a perfect choice. Whether you’re creating for Christmas or crafting cards that comfort and uplift year-round, this collection helps you share your heart through handmade art. 💕 Click the links below to explore the full suite and bring a touch of peace to your next project.

I have a treat for you today … a simple yet beautiful Slim Line card and a parade of other cards that were created from the amazing Beauty of the Earth Suite. I will also be sharing some fun techniques on these cards so, grab a cup of coffee and sit back with me while we go through these creative gems!
I share these because the Beauty of Friendship Bundle is part of the Savings in Bloom promotion. I will share “all” of the items on sale at the bottom of my post.
First up is my Slimline cards, this card fits in a business size envelope … I’m using two different patterns from the Beauty of the Earth Designer paper and joined them together with the pretty Gold Fine Art Ribbon; it has a touch of sparkle, so I had to add the Genial Gems to keep the sparkle going.
The greeting comes from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set / bundle. I chose the Cinnamon Cider as a mat and Merry Merlot as my card base … they pull those colors out of the designer paper. I find this suite / bundle very gender neutral … who wouldn’t love these cards!
My second card I’m using the same pattern of the Beauty of the Earth Designer Series paper and the Beautiful Trees dies. Another simple card when using your Stampin’ Cut & Emboss machine. The greeting comes from the Beauty of Friendship stamp set included in the bundle.
Ready to see another card using the same paper? The amazing thing is that each one looks sooo different! I used a landscape layout verses the portrait as I did on the first two cards and created this unique card. I also used Night of Navy on this card to pull out the blue in the designer paper.
I created the frame with the Stitched Rectangle Dies … I love this look, it’s new and fresh and highlights the designer paper. I added the tree and greeting from the bundle …
Now lets change things up a little by using a different pattern from our Beauty of the Earth Designer paper and a fun technique … the “Split Card Technique”. I’m using Old Olive and Early Espresso to coordinate with my designer paper. You can watch the video to see how to create this card yourself by CLICKING HERE!
Now I would like to bring in one of the “hottest designer papers” right now, and that is the NEW HORIZONS Designer paper … so many pretty patterns would work perfectly with the dies from the Beauty of the Earth bundle. The watercolor landscapes look so cool with the tree.
The next card I share with you has a card base is Early Espresso …. so is the tree itself, it made the Misty Moonlight designer paper from the Beauty of the Earth Designer paper really pop, and when I added the leaves to the trees … WOW! The leaves on the bottom are just another die cut of the top … just cut up into smaller pieces to lay upon the ground. So pretty!
The last card I have to share with you, has the same watercolor background paper that I used on the “You Inspire Me” card but I’m changing up the seasons. Once the leaves are gone … well, winter comes next, and it makes for the perfect Christmas card …
I just love this card and I used the Chalk pen and Wink of Stella to add snow to my tree! How fun is that! I just wanted to show you that this is not just another tree set, but a bundle / or suite that can be used for any season … or any reason!!
The Beauty of the Earth Suite is still available, but if you are just looking for the bundle … it’s 20% Off right now. I always wonder if Stampin’ Up! will retire a stamp set when they put it on sale … so if this is on your “Wish List”, you may want to consider getting it now and enjoy the extra savings!! You can click on any of the images below for details on the bundles or to begin shopping … it takes you directly to my store.
Thank you for joining me this Sunday for my card parade, I hope you enjoyed the many styles of cards. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Today I have two cards, the video and the details for my Delicate Dahlias class. Does FREE * FREE equal a WIN * WIN?!! I would hope so 🙂 You can get the Delicate Dahlias stamp set for FREE during Sale-a-bration, and when you purchase enough to get yours … You will get a FREE class from me!
The Class Includes:
You will be sent an invitation to join a private Facebook Classroom where all of the information, tips and more will be posted.
A PDF for each of the projects in the class which includes pictures, instructions and a list of ingredients.
You will also have access to a video for each of the projects.
Here is the replay of last nights Facebook LIVE … I also have both cards to share with you today as well.
My first card was done in Mango Melody and Pumpkin Pie … sounds yummy doesn’t it! The tips shared in the video really helps in the alignment of the two step technique.
You’ll notice that I’ve changed a few things from the video. I noticed that my greeting was a bit crooked … don’t you hate when that happens!! So I just stamped it on another piece of paper and punched the ends like I did on the Cherry Cobbler card coming next.
I also used my Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blend to color my Opal Rounds. I also stamped some leaves and added them to the card … wow, it really makes the colors pop!
The distinktive stamps in this set really bring the dahlias to life …
I used the Scalloped Contours dies to create the background, and the Lovely Labels punch for my greeting. I didn’t want to get “too fancy” and take away from those stunning dahlias!!
I couldn’t get my “name game” to spin my winner here on my blog, so I’ll be sure to spin next week … I don’t want to miss my rewards to my loyal LIVE fans!! You guys rock!!
Hope you enjoyed today’s cards and all the tips shared in the video!! I thank you hanging out with me today.
Have a beautiful day ~

Today I have a beautiful card to share with you that was stamped by my friend and stampin’ sister Jenny Feider. Jenny and I joined Stampin’ Up! the same year and were brought into the Stampin’ Up! family by Vicki Towell. Congratulations Jenny on 19 years with Stampin’ Up!!
Eileen was also a demonstrator so in the early years before Pinterest and Facebook groups we did a lot of traveling together to meetings, stampin’ events and conventions. So Jenny’s card was to honor Eileen and Jenny … she would have loved it!! Earthy tones and woodsy was right up her alley.
I love that Mossy Meadow came back into the color pallet … when we first started the colors were grouped into families and Eileens favorite was the Earth Elements collection. Today’s color pallet is …
One of my favorite and techniques from way back is creating your own backgrounds by stamping color on color … it adds so much depth to the card by just simply stamping. Jenny’s layers create interest and a true focal point … it’s just beautiful.
Thank you Jenny for the beautiful card. And I would like to thank all my stampin’ friends for the messages, emails, phone calls, beautiful cards, and for joining us yesterday to celebrate Eileen’s life. I will be sharing more of those cards with you … they are beautiful.
Have a simply blessed day and thank you for joining me today.
First, let me say THANK YOU to the sweet souls who return each day to my blog ❤
On Wednesday morning our good Lord took my sister Eileen home, no more pain, no more struggles … she is free. I am blessed for having such an amazing sweet soul for a sister, and honored to have called her my best friend. We parted with no words unspoken, no stone left unturned and we enjoyed so may amazing events (birthdays, babies, road trips, travels) and more “together”.
I thank her loving family for allowing me to “steal her away” from them so much! Sometimes they laughed because we just saw each other and could still spend 3 hours talking on the phone! Those moments can’t be replaced but are stored in my heart until we meet again.
Right now my tears fall like rain, but I know she is still here with me and when I have finished my chores that the Lord has chosen for me, we will be together again. She’s safe with my Mom and my sister Ruthie and the rest of our loved ones we have missed dearly.
Thank you for patiently waiting, I will be making cards again soon and sharing them with you because that was one thing that we did together and brought us closer than either of us could have imaged ❤ Another of Gods little blessings.
I hope you enjoyed a wonderful weekend. The heat and humidity keeps me inside which was just fine with me, I have an entire box of goodies to discover from the Holiday catalog and my Catalog Launch party coming up in a week. So … I’m starting with Halloween and working my way to Christmas. I hope you can join us because this is going to be a big one!!
I also hope you got a chance to visit my blog yesterday and check out the video. The video showed you our August 2018 Paper Pumpkin and the beautiful watercolor card fronts and stamp set. On that note … Today I’m going to share three alternative projects from this card kit.
My first card I kept very simple yet I wanted to bring out the beautiful colors in the card by using the Blackberry Bliss for my base and Old Olive to mat the watercolored design ….
It was such a simple way to revise the card. I stamped the greeting onto the piece of the card I cut off and cut it out with the smallest oval in the Stitched Shapes Framelits and attached it with the Stampin’ Dimensionals which are included in the kit! To finish the card, I used the Wink of Stella to highlight the butterfly on this card … my Mom loved butterflies.
For my second card I wanted to use and highlight the touching and tender verse that was included with the stamp set. Just loosing my Mom this January, the verse brought tears to my eyes … it shows such gentleness and concern for those suffering such a loss.
To highlight this verse:The Loss is immeasurable, but so is the love left behind I used one of the dies from the Stitched Seasons Framelits Dies from the Color Your Season promotion going on now. The verse was stamped onto the back of the card that I cut off and then I placed some of the greenery around it to frame it and give it some beautiful dimension. Next I attached the floral frame using Stampin’ Dimensionals and adhered the entire front to the Blackberry Bliss back. I did stamp flowers (from the stamp set inside).
The third card was used because I wanted to use the die cut piece from the second card …
I love that the piece that was cut out also has the stitching (these amazing dies do a double stitch!) and that it lined up perfectly with the front!! I tucked some of the greenery behind it again and added the twine to it … all included in the kit! Simple yet elegant. This Paper Pumpkin kit is one of my favorites … so beautiful and easy to make alternative (but not necessary!)
I would love to know what you think about these card and / or Paper Pumpkin or just click on the like button below so I know you are enjoying my posts. I will be back tomorrow with my Technique Tuesday post … and a technique that was requested by one of you!
Thanks for joining me today. Have a beautiful day ~
How did you like the video I shares with you yesterday of our August Paper Pumpkin kit; Giftable Greetings? Cool right! I think that it is so neat that your actually stamping a gift to give, and it comes with the cutest little gift box!
Today I’m sharing an alternative project … just another idea of what you can do with this kit. Where do I get my ideas? Well this was as close as the box included in the kit!
I sponged the edges of the Peek-a-boo Peach flower with Calypso Coral ink … just like the flower on the box (shown). All of the pieces used to create the card came from the kit, including the matching envelope!
Here is the video if you missed it yesterday …

Today I’m going to share 3 simple cards that will highlight the Designer Series paper that are currently on Sale … Buy 3 / Get one FREE. Monday Oct.31st is the last day to get in on this deal.
Because they all have simple layouts, I will not go into detail on the cards… Let’s get you back to your weekend!
My first card is a “Congratulations” card which highlights two patterns from the “By the Shore” Designer paper. The greeting comes from the “Guy Greetings” stamp set. The Dapper Denim banner under the greeting is actually a piece of the designer paper!
The simply beautiful sympathy card was created with the “Floral Boutique” Designer paper. One simple sheet of designer paper and a greeting goes a long way. It’s quick and can be either cute or elegant, depending on the paper pattern you choose.
My last card is bright and colorful and highlights 3 patterns from the “Fruit Stand” Designer paper. I used my Circle Framelits to cut out my greeting and pop it up. I also cut the cute little flower from the designer paper and popped it up by the greeting. Something so simple really draws the eye to the focal point of the card.
I hope you enjoyed today’s card share. If you did … PLEASE click like on the bottom of the blog or feel free to leave a comment. It helps me when creating for you in the future.
So … what did you think of the video? I know, a new plate. Once I get mine, I will compare all of the options we have and share what I think works best.
I also told you I would be sharing a card that I would create using the “Flourishing Phrases” and the “Flourish Thinlits” Bundle. It is with deep sorrow that I share this card because I created it for my friends who just lost their only son this weekend. My heart breaks for them … I can’t even imagine.
I used the new “Dapper Denim” and teamed it up the Garden Green … they look really nice together. The Whisper White for the base and the greeting really makes the card pop.
I ran an extra piece of Dapper Denim & the flower die through the BigShot and then used Crystal Effects on the flower and buds to highlight them. I’m sorry, I forgot Stampin’ Up! took it out of the catalog. You could use the “Wink of Stella” … that would look really nice and tie in the white even better!
I stamped the background Dapper Denim on Dapper Denim … I think color on color creates magic!
I must admit, I’m having a difficult time writing my blog today. My thoughts are elsewhere. Please send a prayer to my friends Karen and Andy that the good Lord wrap them in his arms and help ease their pain during this difficult time. Thank you so much♥
If you have any questions about today’s card / post … please comment below and I will get back to you. Again, thank you.
Yesterday I shared some sweet -n- simple cards that you can make with the new 2016-18 Stampin’ Up! In Colors and the Floral Affection Embossing Folder (set of 2), so today I thought I would “step it up” and create another set of cards using the other image in that set!
I also decided to feature the cardstock more on this card and use it for the base!
Yesterday’s cards were all made without a greeting, so today I have incorporated the “Better Together” stamp set!
I love this stamp set because it not only has your greeting but it has verses for the inside as well! On the card below I used the verse that would normally be on the inside and used it at my “greeting” …
Then, I took the greeting and stamped it on the inside of my card. There are no rules in stamping so you can do it however you choose!
Now … have you noticed that I have been changing up the ribbon as well? I used it differently on each of the 5 cards!
Oh yes … all of these greetings come from the same stamp set (and includes the verse for the inside as well). The Sugarplum is the last of my cards … one in each of the new 5 In Colors and each with their own greeting!!
I hope you enjoyed today’s showcase of cards and that it inspires you create. If you are looking for quick -n- easy cards to create that have a clean, pretty style, than today’s and yesterdays cards are for you.
I’d love to hear what “YOU” think about our new In Colors! Just comment below 🙂
