Today I have an easy breezy gift idea for you … it’s fun and inexpensive! Perfect for Birthday parties, Baby Showers, Office Gifts, Thank You gifts … even a Wedding! Let’s take a look at the cute Stars Treat bags ….
There are 10 bags per package which makes them very cost effective. They are stampable … dyeable … and food safe. I used mine as a “Thank You” gift ….
I simply slid a piece of the Starry Sky Designer paper into the bag … and then I sparkled them with Wink of Stella! My greeting comes from the Flowering Tulips stamp set and was die cut using the Layering Circle die, that is also how I cut my mat for behind the greeting.
There are so many ways you could use and decorate theses little cuties … I will be sharing more with you at a later time, so make sure you are “Following” my blog so you won’t miss a thing!
Thank you for joining me today!

Looking for a cute way to “gift” your crafting friends … try one of our Copper Tea Tins! You can decorate these metal tins any way you’d like … I used designer paper and a coordinating ribbon to decorate my tin.
Once decorated you can fill it with all sorts of goodies. I filled mine with designer paper cut 4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″ … I choose this size because with just a little trimming it’s the perfect card front. I also added embellishments that coordinated with the paper.
There are so many items you could tuck into your tins … and they are cost effective as you get 4 tins for $15 / Perfect for friends, teachers gifts, a little something to the Sunday School teacher … anyone you just want to say thanks and show a little Christmas cheer too.

Today I’d like to share with you another one of our retreat cards. This card comes from the Merry Little Christmas Suite!
This masculine style card was quick -n- easy and a big hit at retreat. Our background comes from the Merry Little Christmas Designer Series paper. We then cut a snow bank our of a piece of the Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper.
Next, we used the tree dies from the Card Front Builder Thinlits Die and cut them out of Old Olive to give the card a fun pop of color.
The “Let it Snow” was stamped in Memento Ink onto Whisper White cardstock and then punched with the “Everyday Label” punch. A piece of Old Olive was punched to mask the greeting and again, add that nice touch of color.
We created 4 quick -n- easy cards that were tucked into one of the Acetate Card Boxes. This makes a perfect little gift for a teacher or neighbor … or keep them protected for yourself!
Hope you enjoyed today’s peek into our Saturday morning retreat stampin’ session. I’ll be back tomorrow with one more …
Till then, enjoy your weekend!
Thanks for stopping by.
Here is a quick list of the products used for our card today …
Today I have a quick -n- sweet little treat for you today! I’m showcasing our Acetate Boxes! These boxes are a quick -n- easy way to share a sweet little treat with a neighbor or loved one.
Our first little box is found on page 195 of the Annual Catalog and is perfect to share a yummy treat with. The belly band around the box is from the “Halloween Nights” Designer paper … even the cute little pumpkin was cut from another sheet/pattern of the designer paper.
The larger acetate box can be found in the Holiday Catalog on page 13, and holds a little bit bigger type of treat! I’m sure that you can think of all types of goodies to put inside. Again the belly band is from the “Halloween Nights” Designer paper … and so is our cat. The cat is actually punched out with our new cat punch, also found in the Holiday Catalog on page 53.
So if you’ve got some specials little ghouls or goblins that are expecting a Halloween treat … make them something special in just a wink of the eye!
Thank you for joining me today for this little treat …

TODAY’S PRODUCT HIGHLIGHT …Just click on the product for further information or to begin shopping. Thank You!
Yesterday afternoon I had the pleasure of working with the Big Brothers / Big Sisters Organization. The local Volunteer Center donated the facility for us … it was a wonderful collaboration by all so the “Big Sisters” and their “littles” could spend an afternoon together stamping.
The theme for the stamp camp was Christmas… the season of giving. The projects everyone made reflected a “giving theme” and I elaborated that the beauty of stamping is much like Christmas … a gathering of friends.
Our first project we did was the “Santa Card” … so easy but so stinkin’ cute!
We used the Real Red cardstock as our base and Basic Black for the belt. The buckle was created with the Silver Foil paper and the Curvy Label punch.
We used the beautiful new “Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper” for the fur on the jacket, and finished it off with the “Happy Holidays” greeting I borrowed from my November Paper Pumpkin Kit.
Our next project was the Christmas Treat Tree Box … this comes from the October Paper Pumpkin Kit. The adhesive is already on the cardstock … all we did was punch out the tree and add a window sheet … Ta Da!
I should have put candy in it for you … it really is cute, and who wouldn’t want a cute treat box filled with candy!
Our last project was the sweet little treat box … remember, our theme was “the season of giving”.
Create a belly band with any designer paper, the one shown here is retired. My poinsettia flower was created using the “Petite Petals” punch. It takes a bit of layering to get it to look this full but our group did an awesome job!
The front tag was created using the “Cheerful Tags” stamp set … just wanted to add a greeting to our gift box. These “Tiny Treat Boxes” can be found in the Holiday catalog.
I hope you enjoyed viewing our Stamp Camp projects … I had a wonderful time with the Big Sisters and their littles. I also want to Thank the Volunteer Center for letting us all gather together for the afternoon in their facility.
I cannot believe how fast this year has gone! As I recall … I was wishing it was spring (what happened!). Now we are all in preparations for Thanksgiving!
Today, I wanted to share with you a cute “gift giving” idea.
This cute Santa gift certificate or card holder is so easy to make. You can either do it as a regular style card or as a tri-fold.
You are actually seeing 2 cards here. The first card is the front and the second card was opened so you could see inside. The other side is blank white so they can write or stamp a message.
To create the pocket … just cut diagonally on a 4 x 5-1/4″ then secure 3 sides (top open) with sticky strip.
If you do not have the time to make one, but would love to send your stampin’ friend a gift certificate, let me know … Just purchase a Gift Certificate through me, and I will make and send out this special card for you (or I’ll send it to you so you can add your own sentiments).
